1999
SIBA was established in 1999 by Ing. Alfred Altmann and Ing. Thomas Bankhamer.
2000
SIBA realises the first production line as a turn-key supplier.
It turns out that the areas Planning & Realisation, feeding technology and storage &
conveying technology prove to be the core competences.
2006
SIBA buys the company M.A.K. Mohsburger and takes over their clients, suppliers and system
partners and is now Austria’s first turn-key supplier of washing- and bottling plants.
2007
Great efforts of SIBA in the CEE market result in a turn-key project which among other things
includes a customized solution for a fully automated warehouse including the building.
2008
The company counts 21 employees. Due to a high export rate and an excellent framework,
SIBA is able to increase its equity ratio to 45%. The increased demand requires additions to
the company building.
2011
The economic crisis of 2009/10 did not slow down the company’s growth. SIBA developed
the new products AKF Q-Line and AKF L-Line for a growing clientele both on the home
market and abroad, and employs now a staff of 24.
