Off to the Mühlviertel! – Company trip
Off we went to the beautiful Mühlviertel on 9 June. Meeting at 7 am at the company building, we started our day together.
“First stop, first stop” was the motto after about two hours on the bus. The first destination chosen was the “Bauernkrapfen-Schleiferei” in beautiful Tragwein. After a short guided tour followed by a tasting of the splendid specimens, we continued to the organic farm with Schaumosterei of the Pankrazhofer family, who also treated us to delicious samples, ranging from various types of must to homemade vinegar and mustard as well as fruit juices.
The physical well-being was then taken care of at the “Dinghofer” inn in Wartberg ob der Aist. With the visit to “Whiskydestillerie Affenzeller” in Alberndorf, we were allowed to taste different varieties of the noble droplet before we made our way back towards St. Willibald. Back home, we spent the evening in a cosy atmosphere at the “Asing” snack bar in Peuerbach.
